KFC in Florida

"Best I've had in years!!! I quit eating KFC when I lived in Maryland because they were consistently awful. Cold, greasy, & just gross.. This was fresh, hot, & delicious! Restored a bit of my faith in the brand."

"Establishment looked nice. They had a buffet set up which was cool. We mainly went in there to use the restroom and then my daughter wanted food so we got her a kids meal. Not the place I would choose to go to but nice if you want cheaper quick fried chicken"

"I am submitting this feedback to impart upon the KFC upper management that my experience at the Tiger Point Florida KFC location was superb. I do not know any individuals working at this location or actually any KFC location. This is germane because they treated me with respect and a courtesy that was a breath of fresh air. I know it sounds strange, but to experience this type of politeness these days is very noteworthy and requires the accolades it undeniably deserves. In this day and age, many of shall we say the “younger generation” have what I call an instant gratification need. Also, there is a tendency not to comprehend the basics of a customer centered business. Specifically, the actual customer. The crew on that day represented by Jason has a full and firm understanding of the old adage, “treat the customer right and they’ll come back”. I assure you, my family and I will go back. Of note, it would be much more convenient for us to visit the Navarre location, but the last two visits have dampened any future business as far as my family and I are concerned. I’m not going to end this on a negative, but rather a positive note. You’ve got some really conscientious young workers in the Tiger Point location and if I were the KFC boss for the day, each would have received a spot bonus. Lastly, I just want to make sure Jason and his co-workers receive the accolades they truly deserve. R/J. Hopson Navarre, Florida"

"It was pretty good. But the entire time I was plotting how to get chicken into my pockets and out without being detected. I was wearing Crocs so running wasn't an option. I'll just say it worked out and i have some happy cats. I would recommend the buffet"

"Never had a bad experience. I only eat extra crispy wings and I just ask the counter person and they give me what I want. If one looks hard enough they will find problems, including cleanliness issues in any restaurant. Any problems or issues I've had I brought to their attention and they did their best to accommodate me."

"Only KFC for miles. High turnover rate for staff, but they are always nice, managers always positive & nice. I've had orders mixed up regularly, but they always correct it. I've never gotten upset because they do a great job of making up for it, so I keep going back. You can call in order ahead of time so that helps when at work & in a rush."

"I read everybody's bad reviews and I have no clue why? The food was delicious and hot, the workers work hard, and the lady with the blue hair did a lot of running around cleaning the dinning area, picking up dirty tray, refilling buffet, ect. The only complaint I have is that the restaurant is FREEZING COLD !!!! On the plus side, warm restroom. Don't have to freeze your butt to pee ."

"The food was great, order was put together exactly as I asked. I want to especially distinguish cashier Blayne who provided a superb customer service despite it being her second shift that day (mentioned during small talk I had with her). She is the friendliest, warmest and most polite cashier I've ever met. I will most definitely come back to this particular KFC not only because the food was good, but also because the staff is so professional and welcoming. I don't write reviews very often, but was absolutely impressed today. Definitely a huge difference compared to most other places."
